Adroit’s Doorless Automatic UP-Packing Cotton Baling Hydraulic Press –
It has two baling chambers (press boxes) that rotate alternately (clockwise then counter-clockwise or vice-versa depending upon its optimal location) around a centre column.
Cotton is being pushed automatically (via a solid pusher cylinder) towards an empty baling chamber. And a tramper (solid cylinder) presses the cotton down. This process of pushing and pressing the cotton constantly repeats until the baling chamber holds enough cotton (170 kgs etc) to make a cotton bale.

Note: An alarm bell rings automatically when that baling chamber has enough cotton to make a bale. |
Thereafter, the cotton filled baling chamber rotates into the baling position where three large solid hydraulic cylinders moving upwards compress the cotton into a finished bale.
When the cotton bale is ready, baling ties (wires or straps) are then applied manually and the bale is ejected. At the same time, the other empty baling chamber gets filled with cotton automatically until there is enough cotton to make a cotton bale.
Simply, while one baling chamber (press box) is being filled, the other baling chamber (press box) is busy in compressing the cotton into a finished bale. And during this process, baling chambers are locked automatically.
